Michel Roux, a manager with extensive experience in the technology sector, is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advestigo. Mr. Roux has fourteen years of general management experience covering start-up, operations and corporate development in the areas of software, telecommunications, and security systems. In particular, Michel founded the Thomson-CSF (now Thales) subsidiary TBS, specializing in broadband networks, before directing the European operations of US digital and cable TV systems manufacturer Scientific-Atlanta. He then joined Gemplus where for four years he was VP and General Manager of Internet and Multimedia security activities. This was followed by the creation in California of Thinkpulse Inc., a start-up specializing in software for smart card terminals. Returning to France, Michel was appointed Chairman and CEO of Streamcore, a young company developing QoS solutions for enterprise networks, which he led through two years of growth including its first products, first customers, first distribution partners, before managing the company's acquisition by Boostworks Inc. Michel joined the Advestigo team in February 2004. Michel is a graduate of École Centrale Paris, holds a master of science in Mathematics and has an MBA from INSEAD.
