The SPPF is a non-trading collecting society set up by Independent Producers when the 1985 law come into force. Monitoring and analysis of the evolution of your rights means that the SPPF can start a debate every time it proves necessary and draw the attention of official bodies when your rights need to be defended more vigorously or reinforced, whether in France, in the European Union or in signatory countries to the Rome Convention.
